Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides (PDRN) are natural-origin skin bioactivators that stimulate cellular regeneration, improve elasticity and skin quality in depth.

Polynucleotides, also known as PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotides), are chains of naturally derived DNA with recognised bio-repair properties. Injected into the dermis, they act as true cellular bioactivators, stimulating the fibroblasts responsible for producing collagen and endogenous hyaluronic acid.

This treatment is particularly indicated to improve the overall quality of the skin: elasticity, firmness, hydration and radiance. It delivers excellent results on tired skin, skin marked by ageing, or skin weakened by frequent sun exposure — characteristic of the Côte d'Azur lifestyle.

Polynucleotides are also recommended for the periocular area (eye contour), the neck and décolleté — areas often more revealing of age than the face itself. They integrate naturally into a regenerative aesthetic medicine protocol, complementing or as an alternative to other injectables.

The session lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes, with no social downtime. A course of 3 to 4 sessions spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results, followed by a maintenance session every 6 months.

Dr. Bouzid assesses during the consultation whether polynucleotides are appropriate for your skin profile and goals. This treatment can be combined with other treatments — skinboosters, microneedling, collagen stimulators — for a more comprehensive overall result.
