Radiesse

Radiesse is an injectable product based on calcium microspheres that provides both an immediate volumising effect and progressive stimulation of natural collagen.

Radiesse is an injectable product composed of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres, a biocompatible substance that is naturally resorbed by the body. Its action is twofold: immediate volumising correction, and progressive stimulation of collagen production by skin fibroblasts.

This dual action distinguishes it from classic hyaluronic acid fillers. The result visible from the session is enriched progressively with a deeper tissue restructuring over the following months, for an overall more natural and longer-lasting effect.

Radiesse is particularly indicated for facial volume restoration (cheekbones, temples, jaw, chin), facial oval remodelling, and treatment of moderate hand laxity. It is also used in dilution for an overall bioactivating effect on the skin of the neck and décolleté.

Radiesse results last on average 12 to 18 months, with collagen stimulation that can persist beyond the resorption of the product itself. A single session often suffices for visible and lasting correction.

Dr. Bouzid assesses during the consultation whether Radiesse is the most suitable product for your situation. It is not systematically the reference treatment for all indications — each case is analysed individually to determine the most relevant protocol.
