Thread lifts

Thread lifts redefine facial contours and correct skin laxity without surgery, for a natural and immediate result.

Thread lifts are a minimally invasive technique that uses fine absorbable threads, inserted under the skin, to mechanically lift and redefine facial contours. The result is immediate and continues to improve over the following weeks.

The threads used are made of absorbable material (PDO or PLLA). Once inserted, they trigger a natural collagen production reaction around them, strengthening and densifying the skin over several months. The threads dissolve gradually, leaving in their place a new collagen network.

This technique is particularly suited to correcting mild to moderate facial laxity: sagging cheeks, loss of facial definition, drooping eyelids or jowls. It can be combined with hyaluronic acid injections to address both volume and skin quality.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia in the clinic. Slight bruising or swelling may appear in the days following the session but resolves quickly. Dr. Bouzid assesses during the consultation whether this technique is appropriate for your situation and the degree of correction you wish to achieve.
